Description
The all_tests.py script in d1_client.tests does not work because most of the unit tests are actually integration tests that take parameters designating the D1 environment and nodes to use. The parameters is passed in an object called options. Need to find a way to pass the options object to the unit tests also when they are run from all_test.py.

Fixed this by moving the options to a settings.py file and refactoring.
