Description
Need to simplify administration of CN functionality, and to display the current state of CN services, task lists, jobs, etc.
Ultimately this would be in the form of a web page, perhaps only accessible from local host, that would provide an overview of system state, and perhaps allow an admin to perform fine grained activities such as "shut down log aggregation for a while on this MN", or perhaps "increase priority of sync for this node".
