Completed definitions of about 80% of types from the specifications , remainder have unresolved issues. Some classes are only partially implemented (e.g., subfields missing, lack of serialization/deserialization methods), so will need to be revisited. Need to decide on approach to representing enumerations, especially when those might be dynamic -- currently hardcoded in classes, but this is not ideal.

Finished SystemMetadata class so now all Types are completed for 0.3 release.
