Completed MN_crud and partially completed MN_replication APIs. Need to still work on MN_authorization and MN_health. Need to decide how to handle documentation (i.e., duplicate docs from Architecture in Javadocs, or just reference Architecture).

Authorization, Health, and replication interfaces all completed, and synced withthe CN APIs of the same name.
