Create a project/tool that allows developers to run a local version of the search index and allow for prototyping on the search schema and metadata parsing logic.
Provide ability to download documents from a source CN.
Provide ability to index documents into local search index.
Provide ability to add/update search fields.
Provide ability to modify science metadata parsing logic.
Starting in block.5.2 to support work on d1-dashboard work.
