Description
The IP address of ns2.afraid.org changed, and because DNS zone ACLs are defined with IP addresses instead of domain names, the re-based afraid.org backup DNS server was blocked from zone transfer.
This task is to add a monitor to check the ip address of ns2.afraid.org and send notification if it changes.
This should be done through nagios.

No longer necessary as we have moved to the Amazon Route 53 DNS system.
