Description
As a member of the community, I would like to subscribe to a mailing list that would receive periodic notifications about progress on the DataONE project so that I am aware of new features that might be useful to me.

This mailing list already exists: community@dataone.org.
We need to add a mechanism for the public to subscribe by adding them to the proper LDAP group (cn=dataone-community), but the list itslef exists.
