Tier 3 MNs: The MN.update implementation should set archived to true for the obsoleted object.
Tier 1 and 2 Member Nodes need this to be reflected in the systemMetadata of the obsoleted object.
(users are not responsible for making the MN.archive call for updates)
maybe a note that upon sync, the CN will send back (MNRead.synchronizationFailed() with InvalidSysteMetadata if the archived flag is not set).
