Description
During review of indexing logs, noticed index parsing throwing odd errors on a couple resource map docs. Turns out the document file is empty on cn-unm-1. However these resource maps do exist on cn-orc-1 and cn-ucsb-1 with what appears to be full content:

Found another empty ORE on UNM:
