Description
The cache currently only pushes out the oldest items in the cache when the cache reaches its maximum size. Also add an expiration time.

This is no longer relevant due to the switch to Zotero as the workspace. ONEDrive automatically refreshes itself whenever changes are made in the Zotero library.
