Add support for generating the NodeReplicationPolicy section of the Node document and for enforcing the settings specified there.

GMN now generates the full NodeReplicationPolicy and enforces the settings there. For instance, if a list of allowed object formats is specified, GMN will return an InvalidRequest exception (with additional information) if the node is requested to replicate an object which is not in that list.
