Description
Can no longer connect to localhost/cn/node to retrieve nodelist - must have this property set during installation to the installation targets hostname.
Need to update installation process / script to replace a substitution variable with hostname of target machine.

Updated mercury spring configuration in Mercury3.properties to substitute the cn hostname from /etc/dataone/node.properties -> cn.hostname.
Need to test in cn-dev environment.

cn.hostname is added to node.properties during installation of os-core deb package, thanks Robert!
