Updates that effect the global one-mercury header and layout.
Add DataOne logo left justified, with the ONE Mercury logo centered - same row.
Add 'tagline' to help brand search interface: 'ONEMercury: A DataONE Search Tool for Scientific Data'.
Remove DataONE menu.
Consistent use of 'member node' to replace data source, data provider, etc.
Consider replacing button navigation style with breadcrumb navigation style. Closer to dataONE navigation style.
