Description

Currently, there are several independent modules of python test code in d1_test_utilities_python. Once version 1 gets released, it would be advisable to merge them all into a single module for easier developer use.

I'm pretty sure Andy meant packages when he said modules, because it wouldn't make sense to put all the code into a single file. And it's normal for a a library have multiple packages.
