As a user of the Dataone CN service, I want to execute the CN search method such that I receive results in a standard DataONE format
- proxy results through Mercury ** 8 manditory **
- validate the query string
- modify the request query string to be sent to Mercury
- Run Integration Testing package
- Create Unit Tests for Mercury Rest Controller
