Description

Placing MN.getReplica in tier4 prevents any other tier of MN from acting as a content source for replication. It is a requirement of DataONE that the system supports replication from all tiers of Member Node, though only Tier 4 nodes can act as replication destinations.

This needs to be corrected prior to public release.
