Evaluate the ONEMercury interface on windows 7 and correct issues identified.
Initial evaluation on windows 7, explorer 9 indicates that the menu bar does not render as expected and the map view does not work.

ONEMercury has been tested on Windows 7 - Internet Explorer 9.0.8.
Menu renders CSS fine and there are no incompatibilities. The map view is also functional.
