instead of: "(displaying 2000-2009 of 2182 total). "
getting: "(displaying 2000-10 of 2182 total). "
Count needs to be: ( start-1 + count )

Now showing the index range for the slice. This is a little odd for a user, but is technically accurate.
Example:
"(displaying 0-66 of 67 total)"
