Description
We need to disallow access to the native Metacat interface on the CNs as well as the Metacat MN implementation rest endpoints.
In apache, block assess to knb/metacat, knb/servlet/metacat and knb/d1/mn
Creation of the document OBJECT_FORMAT_LIST.1.1 still needs to happen via the native knb interface at initial environment population. So the insert method must still be accessible from localhost:8080 calls.
knb/admin must remain open
