Description
Users will see MN URLs in documentation and other locations. It would be most helpful if such URLs resolved to a user friendly page describing the MN.
This could be a static page that simply describes the purpose of the node, and perhaps provides some details about who to contact for more information.
It may also be appropriate to include some of the basic statistics of the MN operation on such a page.
For example, visiting http://gmn-dev.dataone.org should either redirect to a location with ore information, or provide a landing page describing the server.
