Description
cn-buildout contains software "products" like knb.war and cn.war that are build from other projects -- both within DataONE's purview and other organizations'.
Tagging should probably be something that indicates "1.0.0 for the CN stack" but would not formally be related (via poms) to other d1_* projects.

I think this has pretty much been sorted out for our immediate needs
