web.xml maps /v1/removeReplicaMetadata/* to the CNReplicationController, CNReplicationController uses the Constants that has RESOURCE_REPLICATION_DELETE_REPLICA set as removeReplicationMetadata.
If the documentation is correct, then these methods should work...
