The main part of the description of Types.Identifier is the description of the limitations on the string, which are imposed by NonEmptyString800. How about just stating that it's a NonEmptyString800 and link to that type. That would match what we do in all the places where NonEmptyString are used.

Updated docs to clarify what an Identifier represents. Evaluated changes proposed here wrt NonEmptyString800, and decided that it is worthwhile to preserve some of the documentaiton in the type in this case because it is critical to understanding what an Identifier is.
