add version info to d1_libclient_java and d1_common_java

Description
add buildnunber-maven-plugin to d1_common and d1_libclient
and other pom configs.
Question whether to have it do the commit checks and svn update (to get latest version number) or not.
Currently doCheck is false, and doUpdate is true.

added plugin to d1_common_java and d1_libclient_java that puts:
D1-version (maven artifact version from the pom)
D1-SCM-Branch (the svn branch that the code is from (trunk, for example)
D1-SDM-Revision: the revision number
D1-Build_TimeStamp: the 'epoch' representation of the current time at time of build
updated d1_integration to have all of these, too.
Changed behavior so that doCheck and doUpdate are false unless set on the command-line. (so project might not be the same as what the version info says).
Did this to avoid commit errors when running mvn package / verify/ install / deploy
