Metacat currently provides a MN id during registration, but newer versions of the CN.register() service set the id and return it t to the caller. Need to record this in metacat.properties when it is sent back. Also, remove it from the editable properties in the configuration screen.

I am now recording the returned NodeId on successful registration. The NodeId should remain in the configurable properties because redeployments (upgrades) of Metacat should use their existing NodeId and they'll need to set it.
