The page:
https://dataone.org/get-involved/stay-informed
needs to be fleshed out with a description of how to subscribe to the appropriate email list and permissions need to be changed so that anonymous viewers can see the page.
Currently when an anonymous user clicks on the "Stay informed" link on the page https://dataone.org/get-involved they are confronted with a login page.
