Description
The package currently can create certificates with a given subject as the common-name (CN), but storage is still under the system user id of the person running the certificate generator. Need to parameterize the file-naming, or somehow tie it to the CN.

d1_certificate_manager now creates DataONE signed certs that meet these needs, so nothing to be done. Rejecting because no tasks to complete.
