Clearly, activities in progress benefit from previous INTEROP
funding and other activities. Therefore, PMP should describe
relationship between DataNet activities (Section 3.B), INTEROP and
other relevant projects (including leveraged projects such as
iPlant, NBii, etc.). V2 must include some of this.
