Currently using DataoneEMLParser from libclient_java.
a) there are many other EML parsers that can/should be used (like the EML Datamanager library)
b) it's unclear if libclient_java should even be providing an EML parser

Added dataFormat parsing to the Data Manager Library in EML. Used updated jar in Metacat. Removed DataoneEMLParser references in Metacat
