Description
Content that is not readable by a user should not show up in search results. There are obvious performance considerations that need to be worked through in designing the implementation of search with access control over result sets.
Should we even address this for the 1.0 release?
Science metadata and science data are treated as separate objects. If permissions don't allow read on one, does that apply to the other?
What is the acceptable latency for a change in access control before apparent in search results?
