Description

Jenkins / Hudson should probably be upgraded to the current revision. I tried this a couple of months ago and ran into some weird consistency issues in the updated database, forcing a partial rollback.

This story is to bring Hudson and associated plugins up to date with the current release and add in some additional functionality such as CheckStyle which will look through Java source and provide documentation coverage reporting.
