Description
Currently, the Python implementation of d1_common caches the d1 schema in memory (implemented in xmlvalidator.py). May want to cache this on disk because the usage pattern of d1_common is that it often gets used for only one call for each instantiation, leaving the caching ineffective and causing an unnecessary network traffic and load on the D1 root.
