May want to completely remove DataONEException detailCode: Rationale: For the detailCode to be useful, it needs to carry information that would cause the client to fine tune its reaction to the exception. But most likely, the other information in the DataONEException is sufficient for the client to determine what to do for each exception. If that is not the case, we should consider adding exception types instead.
