Description
cn-ucsb-1.dataone.org is at release 10.04 of Ubuntu. This release causes inconsistencies/errors with Metacat. Currently, our support is only through 9.10. We will upgrade and fix bugs after February, but until then our servers need to have a uniform software stack.

cn-ucsb-1.dataone.org has been downgraded to Ubuntu 9.10 and rebuilt.
Note that 9.10 support is discontinued after April 29, 2011.
