Oscar is now attempting recourse with ORCID. I have suggested Google as an altenative:

Hi Oscar,

Apparently, ORCID does not approve of your organization registration - it only accepts registrations for individual users. You could create an organizational account with Google and use that in lieu of ORCID or you create an individual account with a real person at ORCID and use that registration for your identity.
